A flat conversion application at 135 A Kings Cross Road, reported on at WC1X.org in August 2022 has changed to withdrawn status according to Planning Records of Camden (see here). Application 2022/2687/P intended a conversion with the following description:
“Erection of mansard roof extension, extension at fourth-floor level to the existing three-storey rear extension and extension at upper ground floor level to existing lower ground floor extension to facilitate the conversion of 1 residential dwelling to 3 studio flats and 3 single bed-sits with shared kitchen & dining space (House of Multiple Occupation).”
Applications on withdrawn status can be resubmitted with changes. It is a common method to avoid a likely rejection and resubmit it with crucial changes.
